I picked some rhubarb from the garden this weekend

Chopped up and ready to cook

Love the colour

A couple of teaspoons of raw sugar a dash of water and away we go

Cooking

Mmmmmm..... now it is done and oh so yummy.

Can you imagine some of the awesome things that mail employees see? I wouldn't get any work done in the processing department...I'd be too busy snapping photos of everything that came across my face. I'd be yelling "Stop the machines!!!!"
This envelope is too pretty, she's very talented.
The rhubarb looks delish but I've never tried it...enjoy!
