NO HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE

THE PHOTOS WILL EXPLAIN IT ALL
We were meant to go Hot Air Ballooning on Monday and then
again Tuesday but both times it was just too foggy.
I know it is Winter but it could be nice to me and
stay away on the mornings I want to soar through the air.
So we have now tried 3 times and still have't been.
Our next date is 11th July, so I will be keeping my fingers crossed.
This morning like our last few mornings has been like this
These photos were taken just before 10.00am
To the right of my front garden

To the left of my front garden.
Who do I see through the fog.
Oh yes, sweet Riley with his Grandad looking at me
Yes today and tomorrow are babysitting days.
Some aspects of foggy mornings are great.
Like the rose below
I just love the dew on the rose petals

Wonderful looking spider web

I will certainly add a post when we do get to go
Hot Air Ballooning

Never mind Alison
Monday was quite nice and sunny here - isn't it strange the way the fog just sits in certain areas

Better luck on the 11th!

We have that fog here in the winter too. I hope you get that balloon ride soon...though I would be scared to death to go up in one!

Hi Alison,
Oh dear, you've missed out again.
I'd be booking for summer, if I were you! Fancy getting all excited three times over and not even left the ground yet.
Fingers crossed for the 11th July.
Hugs,
Anna

Alison, your rose shots are gorgeous! Love the dew drops on them. The fog was thick. Sheesh. I am afraid of heights. I don;t think I could do the old hot air balloon ride. Have fun though when you do go. I hope the mornings will clear by July 11th.

We are having lots of foggy, rainy weather too and it is supposed to be summer for us! Oh well, it makes the grass very green.

I hope you get up in that balloon next time!

Best wishes, I hope the weather clears and up, up, and away you will soar!

PS It's always a little bit strange to hear July and Winter. Nothing but rain her, certainly doesn't feel like Summer!
