ALL Wedding Invitations are finally in the mail

WEDDING INVITATIONS

I am finally getting there with all that needs to be done for the wedding.
The last of the invitations went out yesterday.
There are 201 Adults and 21 children on our list.
Hope the actual acceptances are a few less!!!

Here is what the invitations look like
Click on the photo to make it bigger

The photo is one I took of Ryan putting Amy's engagement ring on last year.
It took a lot of trial and error to get the invitaions to what they are.
All sorts of colours were tried out for the written section.
It was so hard to find a colour that showed up on all the different parts of the photo.
Ryan got to pick the colour.
Amy figured he might as well be able to pick something!!

Our DONE LIST is bigger now

I love the invitations, so personal too.

I was measured yesterday for my bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding, was funny when the assistant told me to relax and breathe out!! Natural instinct had my holding my stomach in!!!

Oh Alison,
A wedding, you are so lucky. That photograph that you took is beautiful, your invitations are lovely. There is nothing to me as exciting as planning a wedding. I look forward to that time some day. Enjoy.

the countdown begins!! My first three children did every thing on a time pland and that was so much easier on everyone than Sarah's wedding where we were told NOT to worry about a thing----I did the little girls' dresses is all.
Remember when I was telling you we still had to find a place to host the reception three days before the wedding? HA It turned out so beautitul but was soooo stressful.

oh my goodness I cannot even imagine what it must be like to organise that this weekend! I love the invitations, what a great idea with the photo

I hope you might get chance to get for a walk, you know if I let that slip everything seems to slip, it's funny how walking by the sea seems to blow the cobwebs away...I really wish I could get up like you in the early hours, I've been thinking of that for a while I just don't actually get up, 5am just seems unnatural to the pom that I am!!! haha!

happy weekend

Sarah
